Sécheron’s Electrical Safety Solutions’ business is proud to present its latest innovations for rail vehicles.
In 2023, we are introducing new major features to the market on a number of our existing products (MACS AC Vacuum circuit breaker, TMS AC, DC Voltage & current sensor, High speed DC circuit breaker), and brand new products and systems are being added to our ranges (Knife switch, High voltage integrated system MODFRAME, AC/DC power contactor BMS36.10 3.6 kV-1,000 A.).
This year, we’re particularly keen to highlight the MACS’ new features, now integrating as a world premiere the overcurrent and short circuit detection with self-tripping functions.

Sécheron’s Traction Power Systems business unit develops cutting-edge competencies that enable to provide an extensive range of reliable and tested equipment for substations. Along with our standout product – the MBS DC switchgear outfitted with its control & protection relay SEPCOS –, we will be exhibiting our innovations and focuses for this year.
As a significant progress in AC activity, our new outdoor railway vacuum circuit breaker for fixed installation, the ORS25, will be introduced.
Discover also our Intelligent Operation & Maintenance System, the IOMS, in keeping with digitalization of our customers’ activities.
Finally, our deep knowledge in energy recovery will be presented through our high-power inverters, for lower CO2 emissions and higher life duration of existing equipment, accompanied by an important team of experts for engineering and testing capacities.
